Since beginning his legal career, Cameron T. Lythberg has practiced in the south suburbs to help the residents of the Chicagoland area. Originally trained as a litigator, Mr. Lythberg has since expanded his practice into real estate, estate planning, and advising closely held businesses. His clients have ranged from his neighbors to large corporations that have sought him out for his expertise. Combining his classical legal training with cutting edge innovation and technology, Attorney Lythberg represents his clients with diligence, competence, and accessibility. Being both a litigator and a transactional attorney, Mr. Lythberg uses both sides of his practice to compliment the other, watching for pitfalls in his transactional practice that he’s seen litigated and applying the transactional attorney’s precision to his courtroom advocacy and motion practice.
An active member of the community, Cameron is a board member for the Joliet Area Young Professionals, an affiliate member of the Three Rivers Realtors Association, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. He is also active in the Illinois State Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association where he currently chairs the county’s Civil Litigation Committee. Cameron also routinely presents on complex litigation topics to local attorneys in addition to presenting on a variety of legal issues to realtors, mortgage lenders, and other business professionals so they can better serve their clients. His knowledge and track record for client satisfaction have made him a go to attorney for many business professionals.
Cameron is licensed to practice in front of the Supreme Court of Illinois and in Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Presently, he practices law in Cook, Will, Dupage, Grundy, Kendall, Kane, and Kankakee counties. When he is not practicing law, Cameron lives in Tinley Park where he enjoys cooking, running, tennis, volleyball, golfing (badly), trying out local breweries, and spending time with his family.
